Introduction of Pressure Reducing Valve

Designed to withstand even the toughest environments, the pressure reducing valve is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated control valve that reduces higher upstream pressure to constant lower downstream pressure-regardless of the fluctuating demand or the varying upstream force. Essentially, the valve keeps a steady downstream pressure, heedless of flow.
 

How does it work?

ZSJF series consists of adjustable pressure reducing diaphragm main valve, pressure reducing pilot valve, ball valve, steel pipe, pressure gauge etc.

It can divide the flow into upstream and downstream with different pressure level, and then deliver water to the downstream in a preset pressure level(≤7/8 of the inlet pressure), this downstream water pressure will NOT be subject to the inlet pressure fluctuation and the outlet flow rate. So the installation of the device can improve the pressure diversity from different areas in the same system, and so it can entirely replace the old partitioned water supply method, thus it can greatly cut down the engineering cost and improve the water usage efficiency.

It is applicable in mining, fire fighting and living water supply/exhaust pipe network system.
